Individual Sessions

Work 1:1

Sessions begin with listening — to what you're carrying, what your body is holding, what's actually needed today. From there, the practice unfolds.

Sometimes that's movement, breathwork, or meditation. Sometimes a conversation about sleep, daily rhythms, or the small habits that quietly cost more than they give. The practice follows the person. It has to.

Over time, we build anchors — small, returnable practices that fit your real life. Not the calm, organized version you're hoping to eventually have, but the one you have right now, with its interruptions and ordinary Tuesday mornings. This work supports your body, mind, and nervous system in building sustainable rhythms that extend far beyond the session.

Sessions are offered online, allowing us to work together wherever you are.

Yoga Therapy

Whole-person support rooted in yoga's ancient framework

90-minute intake  ·  50-minute ongoing sessions  ·  Online

Yoga therapy brings the full range of yoga's framework to whole-person care — not just movement, but breathwork, meditation, ethical practices, and the quiet work of daily life. While rooted in this yogic framework, my approach integrates my wider scope of practice and can include somatic practice, functional movement, Pilates, Reiki and energy work, and habit change.

You don't need to be "into yoga" to benefit from this work. We draw on time-tested yogic principles and apply them to real life — no Sanskrit required, no philosophy lessons unless you want them. Ancient wisdom backed by present-day science, adapted to fit your actual life.

Sessions and ongoing support are offered through Practice Better, a HIPAA-aligned client portal. This work is currently offered at an accessible rate as part of my IAYT-accredited practicum, with ongoing mentorship and supervision by professional faculty.

What happens in sessions

We begin with listening. What emerges determines the session: sometimes movement (therapeutic yoga, Pilates, somatic practices, myofascial release), sometimes breathwork, meditation, or somatic rest. Sometimes a conversation about daily rhythms, sleep, or the patterns that keep you stuck.

The work is progressive — each session builds on the last. Together we co-create goals and daily anchors: small, returnable practices that support your nervous system and create sustainable rhythms. Between sessions, your client portal holds a curated collection of recordings, practices, movement videos, and ongoing support tailored to your work. The session is one piece. The daily application is where the transformation happens.

In Eastern traditions, the heart and mind are understood as one — what yoga calls citta, and what my Reiki lineage, Usui Reiki Ryōhō, names the heart-mind. This work honors the inseparability of body, mind, and heart. Mechanistic approaches divide what is naturally whole.

This is for you if

You're navigating stress, sleep challenges, or persistent pain. You're dealing with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or life transitions. You want support that addresses your whole life — not just your body — and you're ready to build practices that actually fit the messy, busy life you have right now. You're done with approaches that stay at the surface or require performing wellness.

Investment & how to begin
First session (intake, 90 min) $75
Ongoing sessions (50 min) $75 / session

The extended first session allows time for a thorough intake and to begin our work together. Sessions are offered weekly or biweekly. This rate reflects the mentored nature of the work — when I complete IAYT certification in 2027, sessions will transition to full rate. Current clients will have the option to continue at a transitional rate.

Somatic Coaching

Body-centered practice for presence, resilience, and ease

50-minute sessions  ·  Online

Somatic coaching is a body-centered, client-led practice that begins with what's present — your sensations, breath, and the body's quieter signals. Unlike talk therapy, there's no need to retell your story. Intentions and personal stories are welcome but not required — some people arrive with a clear focus, others simply come with curiosity.

The work supports the body in processing held stress and trauma — not by retelling, but by attending to what the body is holding and creating space for it to shift. We can stay with sensations, breath, or imagery rather than relying on words. This approach respects your pacing and is especially supportive if talking has felt overwhelming or incomplete in other settings.

What happens in sessions

Sessions begin with listening — not to your goals or your history (though those matter), but to what you're carrying right now. The practice is experiential and inward-facing, carried out largely through co-meditation: we turn toward sensation, emotion, and the body's quieter signals with curiosity instead of judgment.

Some sessions are largely inward-facing and internal. More interactive sessions might include intuitive movement, clearing or grounding practices, breathwork, or collaborative work around goals and daily rhythms. Movement is always optional and offered only if it feels supportive.

This isn't clinical therapy or talk therapy, but it works with what therapy addresses — through the body rather than through analysis. What gets built over time is a set of resources you can use in daily life: ways to support your nervous system, meet yourself with compassion, and return to presence when stress pulls you off course.

This is for you if

You're dealing with held stress or trauma and want body-centered work that doesn't require retelling your story. You're navigating perfectionism, anxiety, shame, or disconnection from your body. Talk therapy alone hasn't been enough, or you're seeking something that works through the body rather than analysis. You want to cultivate presence, ease, and a more sustainable relationship with yourself.
