For when pushing through
stops working.
Most people come to this work tired — not the kind that sleep fixes, but the kind that lives in the body. Maybe it's chronic stress, pain that won't resolve, burnout, or anxiety. Maybe it's years of managing symptoms without addressing what's underneath. Or maybe you just know something needs to shift, and you're ready to work with your body instead of against it.
I'm Kathryn, a yoga therapist and somatic practitioner. I offer body-centered practices rooted in nervous system science, functional movement, ancient wisdom, and the understanding that your body holds its own intelligence. We begin with listening. We build small, returnable practices that fit your real life — not an idealized future version, but the one you're living right now.

Maybe you've been managing stress that doesn't respond to rest. Maybe you're navigating pain, burnout, or a life in transition. Maybe you've tried other approaches and something still feels unaddressed.
This is whole-person care that doesn't separate body from mind. We look at what the whole person is carrying — and we build practices that support your nervous system, your movement, and your life.
About Kathryn and this work →
"Kathryn is an incredible teacher. I came to her because I had terrible insomnia. She listened closely to my needs and used an amazing range of skills and knowledge to help me sleep deeply through the night. She is the most insightful and caring teacher I've ever worked with."
— Julie, 1:1 Yoga Therapy"After the best night of sleep I'd had in weeks, today my body feels relieved of recent pain. It really doesn't get better than that."
— Jorge, Somatic Yin"It's so hard to find a good yin class where the instructor actually understands anatomy and the practice of yin. I'm so impressed. Highly recommended."
— Lana, Yin BlissEverything I do is rooted in a coherent framework — nervous system science, somatic awareness, functional movement, and ancient wisdom traditions. These pages offer a deeper look.
